- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker insert.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
- Pour the drained white beans, green chiles, and chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Add the cumin, oregano, and chili powder over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 7 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Add the softened cream cheese and stir until the chili is creamy and well-combined.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
