Ingredients

  • 1 box lasagna noodles (oven-ready)
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 32 ounces alfredo sauce
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with half of the alfredo sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, and the chopped spinach.
  4. Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta mixture, and remaining alfredo sauce.
  6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, topping with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

Use full-fat ricotta for the best texture and stability. If using traditional boil-ready noodles, ensure they are cooked al dente before assembling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
