Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing dry powder mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz Wide Egg Noodles
  • 6 cups Low-sodium Chicken Broth

Method
 

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large stockpot until crispy, remove and set aside.
  2. Sear seasoned chicken breasts in the remaining turkey bacon fat until golden brown.
  3. Remove chicken, let rest, then shred into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Deglaze the pot with two cups of broth, scraping up browned bits.
  5. Whisk in the remaining broth and dry ranch seasoning packet.
  6. Simmer over medium heat and whisk in cream cheese until the broth is smooth.
  7. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender according to package instructions.
  8. Stir in the shredded chicken and sharp cheddar cheese until melted.
  9. Serve topped with the reserved crispy turkey bacon.

Notes

You can substitute rotisserie chicken to save time during preparation. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for a smoother, clump-free broth.
