- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the thawed shredded hashbrowns and 1.5 cups of the shredded cheese until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining 0.5 cup of cheese.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
