You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. This is only applicable if the digital file has not been downloaded or accessed.

Once your request is received, we will verify the transaction and download status. If approved:

Why the deduction? The remaining amount covers non-refundable payment processing fees, digital hosting costs, and administrative fulfillment services incurred at the time of sale.

5. Refund Timeline
